About BridgeApp

BridgeApp provides a platform for users to publish and discover listings, communicate, and apply for opportunities or access support services. BridgeApp does not directly provide employment, housing, medical, legal, or financial services.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you use BridgeApp on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

Accounts & security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You must notify us promptly of unauthorised use of your account.

User content

You may upload, submit, or post content including profiles, messages, listings, and documents (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant BridgeApp a licence to host, store, display, and process it to provide and improve the Services.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Post fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or harassing content.
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or the platform infrastructure without authorisation.
  • Upload malware, scrape the site, or interfere with normal operation.
  • Solicit highly sensitive information unnecessarily (e.g., passwords, payment details) from others.

Providers

  • Providers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of listings and communications.
  • Providers must comply with applicable employment, equality, safeguarding, and consumer laws (as relevant).
  • BridgeApp may remove or restrict listings that violate our policies or present safety risks.

Seekers

  • Seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and application information.
  • Seekers should exercise caution when sharing personal data and meeting or interacting with others.

Moderation & enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, or that pose a risk to users or the platform. We may also report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

Third-party services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. BridgeApp is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. BridgeApp does not guarantee that listings will be accurate, that users will respond, or that interactions will produce any specific outcomes. You use the Services at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be lawfully limited.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary for security, legal compliance, or to protect users. Certain provisions will survive termination, including licences, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
